All the hard work was worth it as students start to move in the project we have been working on for Haven South. A student housing project in the heart of College Station, Texas home of A&M. The Tradition is luxurious student housing with 427 beds. The space is full with study centers theater room, gaming areas, and outdoor living spaces. Now thanks to the renovation each unit includes a full kitchen and laundry room.
Haven Campus Communities, along with Southern Building Group, Inc. held its Grand Opening at The Tradition at Northgate on April 19, 2017. The Tradition at Northgate is an newly renovated 808 bed, off campus, dormitory-style Student Housing property with attached six-story parking deck located in College Station's Northgate area just off the Texas A&M Campus. The Tradition at Northgate consists of a complete renovation and addition of 427 resident unit kitchens, 427 resident unit laundries, 4,000 square foot clubhouse, state-of-the-art computer lab, fitness center, Fitness-on-Demand area, swimming pool, fountain and outdoor kitchens.
The renovated resident unit apartments have designer cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundries, and luxury laminate flooring. Leasing operations have begun for an anticipated project completion of Fall 2017.
The Grand Opening for Autumn Wood Apartments was a success. We appreciate everyone that came for their support with our new community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
