Since taking over the project in April 2021 and with a deadline of November 1, 2021, SBG rallies its team and resources to enforce the aggressive schedule and get to the finish line at Douglas Avenue Townhomes in Nashville, TN.
Douglas Avenue Townhomes is a 13-unit three-story, luxury Townhome community located in Nashville, Tennessee. Douglas Avenue Townhome resident units have true stainless-steel appliances, designer cabinets with granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and wood stairs. Master bath and laundry rooms will receive 12”x24” ceramic tile flooring. Kitchen backsplashes will be 3x12 Flow White subway tile.
