The Front Street Office building was a renovation of an existing 3,450 square foot tradesmen’s shop. The industrial use space was reconfigured to serve as Southern Building Group’s former office. The extensive renovation included the removal and heightening of the roof system, replacement of exterior walls, addition of architectural mechanical systems, complete rework of interior finishes, and the use of reclaimed wood flooring throughout.
