SBG’s Multifamily project is underway at John Bragg Highway. Excavation is in full swing. The concrete slab is in place for the Clubhouse, with framing soon to follow. Farmhouse Apartments will consist of 12+ Buildings with 288 units. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations available. The over 5,000 SF Clubhouse will feature many amenities: fitness center, outdoor entertainment areas, outdoor pool, and a community greenhouse.
