Hats off to our amazing team at The Finmore, Student Housing community located in Boone, North Carolina! After dealing with design and permitting delays, the COVID pandemic and resulting supply chain issues, the project that was originally slated for August 14 completion is on track to finish July 1st - nearly 1-1/2 months early. The pictures below represent job progress photos from June 8, 2020 to June 8, 2021. This effort by our Boone team fully displays our mission of “Creating the Best Construction Experience for our partners and clients” and speaks to our core value of “Tenacity.”
“The Fin” is Appalachian State’s newest student housing community comprised of 174 units, 562 beds including a mix of 1, 2, and 4-bedroom units, clubhouse/ leasing office, mini storage commercial space and for rent office space. Construction consists of 4-story wood and light gauge framing over a 75,000 SF cast-in-place concrete podium. Peak Campus is managing this property for the sponsor, Front Street Partners.
