The Manning on the River is a proposed 205 Unit and 689 bed Student Housing community located at the campus of University of Tennessee with direct views of Neyland Stadium. The Manning is comprised of 1, 2, and 4-bedroom units, clubhouse/ leasing office, mini storage, commercial space and for rent office space and retail area. Construction consists of Type IIIB wood construction and light gauge framing, cast-in-place concrete podium and 6-story precast concrete parking structure. Amenities at The Manning will include resort style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and study/ computer labs. Resident units are equipped with “smart” technology including smart televisions, Bluetooth operated access control, fully integrated building access control, modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and modern furnishings and fixtures. The Manning is currently scheduled for completion for the 2024 fall semester.
