Traditions at Mill Creek is a luxury senior living facility located in Brentwood, Tennessee. SBG provided general contracting services for this project for the four-story, CMU and hollowcore plank structure comprised of 131 individual memory care, assisted living, and independent living units. The Traditions at Mill Creek finishes include designer resident cabinetry with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, resident unit laundries, operations laundry facilities, commercial kitchens and multiple dining halls, patios, library, activity centers, media and entertainment centers, and a hair salon.
