Traditions of Smyrna is a two-story, wood-framed senior living facility located in Smyrna, Tennessee. SBG not only provided general contracting services for this project, but the principals of SBG also served as co-sponsors of the development. The memory care and assisted living units at Traditions of Smyrna are comprised of 98 individual resident beds and covers approximately 74,000 square feet. The Traditions includes designer resident cabinetry with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, resident unit laundries and operations laundry facilities, a commercial kitchen and dining halls, entertainments centers, activity centers, library, and hair salon.
